Meet The Crew

 

For the first project (commercial) I will be working with Matthew Henry. We have known each other for the majority of high school. Thanks to knowing him so long we have become good friends. Being friends will make completing our project much easier. We can avoid the shyness when first meeting someone. This lets us get right to business. Since we are friends it will be fun to work on our project. This will encourage us to keep working. Our personalities mesh together well for working together. Matthew is more of a follower and I am more of leader. This means I can focus on a clear direction for our project while I can rely on Matthew to put the pieces together. If we were both leaders we would probably clash on ideas. On the other hand, if we were both followers we would lack direction. Truthfully, we are a perfect match and work well together. We both have easy means of seeing each other outside of school to work on our project. This is very important for making sure we meet deadlines. If I were working with someone that I could not see outside of school, I would have a difficult time completing our project. At that point it would make more sense to work on my own. This leads me to why I didn’t work alone. The main reason is because I am not a master at everything so I need people to make up for my shortcomings. Then I will make up for theirs. Together we will make better films than if we were on our own. Lastly, the image represents Matthew and I coming together.
